The lifestyle in which we are immerse nowadays keeps us in a constant state of fight or flight and consequent release of cortisol, which places enormous stress on our adrenal glands.

Symptoms of adrenal fatigue include: weakness, lack of energy, problems concentrating, confusion, forgetfulness, digestive problems, constipation or diarrhea, depression, insomnia, not feeling rested after sleeping, fat accumulation and difficulty losing weight, weakness of the immune system and hormonal disorders.
