Sugar free raspberry chia jam

Ingredients

  • 150g chia seeds

  • 500g frozen raspberries (you can use any other red fruit, of course)

  • 2 lemons

  • Stevia powder

  • Water

Preparation

  1. Hydrate the chia seeds in 1.2 litres of water for a few minutes. Bring the water to a boil over low heat, stirring gradually.

  2. Once the water is boiling, add the raspberries and blend. Add the juice of 2 lemons. Continue blending constantly.

  3. Once the mixture is smooth and reaches the desired consistency, turn off the heat and let it cool.

  4. Once the mixture is cool, add stevia to taste.

  5. Store in the fridge in a glass container with a lid for up to 7 days.
