APPLE & CINNAMON SOUFFLÉ (GF, DF)

Ingredients
3 small organic apples
2 small bananas
3 organic eggs
1 cup almond meal
200ml organic coconut cream
100ml almond milk
4 Dates (6 dates if stevia is not used)
3 tablespoons stevia powder (8 tablespoons if not using dates)
1 scoop of chocolate pea protein (Pea Protein), any other vegan or whey protein can be used
Preparation
1. Cut the apples into slices, sprinkle them with cinnamon and bake them in the oven at 180C until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes). It is recommended to use baking paper underneath and/or coconut oil spray.
2. Place the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend.
3. Remove the apples from the oven and pour the preparation over them. Place the baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
4. Serve hot or cold, as you like. ENJOY!
