ILLNESS WAS MY GREAT TEACHER. THE DAY I UNDERSTOOD THAT SUFFERING WAS A CHOICE AND THAT WE ARE OWNERS OF OUR DESTINY I STARTED TO HEAL

My Background

My health journey started when I was just a kid. Since I have a memory, I was a sick little girl: my immune system was really weak, I was exhausted all day, till the point of not having energy to get up from the couch or play sports. I was suffering from ENT infections constantly and under antibiotics every time. At 5 years old I was diagnosed with asthma, dermatitis and several allergies. My metabolism was slow, I couldn’t lose weight and I started comparing my body with my girlfriend’s. At 12 years old I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put under thyroid medication which worked out for a short period of time till my body started getting used to it, which led to increasing the dose every time.

At the age of 14 I started experiencing eating disorders followed by over training, till the point of weighing 50 kg and losing my period. That continued for a couple years.

I was obsessed with beauty, aesthetics, exercise and dieting. I started med school when I was 18 years old, with the dream of becoming a plastic surgeon. I was doing great, but being immersed in books 24/7 without being able to travel or even train took me to dark places.

I promised myself that I was going to own my own clinic some day, and I got my degree in Business while working and travelling. During this time my body distortion issues never abandoned me, now, instead of a skinny body and bones, I wanted to be muscular and ripped. I start training 6 days a week, dieting, like if I was preparing to compete.

I reached my 25th years old with a hormonal mess, an extremely damaged gut, chronic candidates (which persisted for 4 years and led me to desperation) and psoriasis.

Now I’m 26, I’m in a toxic abusive relationship, I’m working 10 hours a day, studying and just about to graduate, obsessed with my boy and overtraining, eating chicken and broccoli, my gut and immune system are a mess, I’m partying every weekend. I live in constant fight or flight mode. I’ve finally reached the body image that I wanted but, to which price? My health.

I lost myself. I don’t know who I am anymore. I just want to know who I really am and not who society or my family wanted me to be. I decided to leave the country.

That brings me to Australia. I always wanted to live in Europe but I decided to come to Australia first, just for 1 year. Covid hit, and that year became 4 years. This move was the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life, and the reward was beautiful: I found myself. I start healing from the inside out. I start observing my beliefs and childhood trauma, I stop victimising and I start dealing with my own shit.

I started studying the human body and its natural healing processes.

I started loving myself and MY body for the first time in my life.

I changed my habits, I set up new goals, many of them were accomplished in a short period of time.

I healed myself. Every single disease that I was diagnosed with. I was finally free.

And at that time I knew what my mission was.

My Focus

I focus on women experiencing gut issues, weight lost resistance, stress, body image issues, lack of confidence, autoimmune disorders and hormonal imbalances and I help them to gain health and become the best version of themselves.

My Approach

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Dream it

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
